A very comfortable room and bed and we were made to feel very welcome. A lovely breakfast each morning and nothing seemed too much trouble - even when we forgot our keys!
Dislikes:
Not really - we had imagined it to be more out in the countryside rather than on the edge of a fairly fast road, but it wasn't a problem.The moors are just a short distance away and are beautiful.

Have stayed at many places on Dartmoor and this has got to be up there with the leaders. Many places on the moor do not have phone signal but no problems here. Rooms were very comfortable and all the little touches were very welcome to a plesent stay. Breakfast was cooked lovely and presented well. Lovely soft and fluffy towels went down well. For a place on the main road there was no noise in our room so very restfull. Owners were very plesent and came accross as people who loved having guests. Read less

It was very comfortable- everything was new and in very good taste. Plenty of space- including drawers and wardrobe- often lacking elsewhere. A file on things to do and see and places to eat.
